The main aim of this study was to conduct an in-depth study on users trying to book their travel journeys using an online platform. The study was not focused on a particular website but on the system as a whole. For my evaluation, I chose CASSM and Resilience frameworks. I chose these models after reading about them and what are the ideal conditions for them to be applied so that the researchers can find data and use it for further evaluation.
The main aim of this study was to conduct an in-depth study on users trying to book their travel journeys using an online platform. My Domain was about Learning art. This website focuses on only visual art like sketching, painting, illustrations and photography. I conducted three interviews with domain experts like artists who sell their work online. Based on their insights I developed a domain model which helped me with my site map creation. Based on my site map I came up with most important user journeys and designed wireframes accordingly. By completing the information architecture of this website I was able to grasp the process of designing a good information architecture and its importance

The Trussell Trust is an NGO and charity that works to end the need for food banks in the United Kingdom. I conducted usability testing on the website “The Trussell Trust” and I aimed to look for specific usability problems for the tasks which I asked the users to perform. Some important factors for this website that define usability are ‘Ease of use’, ‘Ease of findability’, ‘Effectiveness’, and ‘Learnability’.
