Booking a trip means hopping between flights, hotels and reviews. Where does the whole system break down for people?
Method
Studied the travel‑booking system as a whole, not one website, using the CASSM and Resilience frameworks.
Output
A misfit table ranking problems by severity, from missed promo codes to hotels rejected for missing photos.
